Twisting

How is it done?

A combination of spinning and sliding: move the attached BellaBambi® cup over the skin and simultaneously rotate it back and forth between your fingers.

Typical exercises with Twisting

Place the cup above the knee and let it suck in. Slowly pull it in a zigzag line up to the hips and then repeat the exercise several times from a different starting position. Then change legs.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® original solo (SENSITIVE / REGULAR)
BellaBambi® maxi solo (SENSITIVE / REGULAR)

Place a cup of your choice on one side of the décolleté and slowly draw a wide path upwards to the shoulder. Rotate the cup back and forth without removing it from the skin. Then change sides.
