Tipping/Circling

How is it done?

Place the BellaBambi® vacuum cup on the skin and tilt it in different directions (TIPPING) or rotate and lift at the same time (CIRCLING). Maintain skin contact with the peeling edge the entire time, do not use oil.

What happens?

The raised side of the cup reinforces a selective expansion, while the opposite side creates gentle pressure. Ideal for targeting trigger points or for treating (healed!) scars. The healing process and new tissue formation can be stimulated.

Typical exercises with Tipping/Circling

Place a cup on the heel of your foot and tilt it in different directions. Then circle it several times and lift it at the same time without releasing it from the skin. Repeat these two steps (tipping and circling) alternately and several times.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® original solo (REGULAR / ACTIVE / INTENSE)

Stand upright or lie on your back. Place the cup of your choice on your stomach and tilt it several times in different directions. Then circle the cup a few times without releasing it from the skin. Repeat this for different areas on one side, then switch to the other.

Be careful not to leave the cup on the same area for too long, as this might irritate the skin. Work gently and slowly at first and increase the
duration and intensity over time.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® original solo (SENSITIVE / REGULAR)
BellaBambi® maxi solo (SENSITIVE / REGULAR)

Place two BellaBambi® mini solo of the same intensity on the skin of the face, hold the tips and tilt the cups up and down several times. Then rotate them a few times without releasing them from the skin. Repeat the routine on other areas of the face.

Note: Avoid the eye area as the skin around the eyes is very thin and sensitive.
