How is it done?

Apply the BellaBambi® suction cup to the skin. Then move a nearby body part.

Who should do it?

Athletes and people with mobility disabilities. This way, you can better understand and feel the limitations.

What happens?

BellaBambi® and additionally moving the fascial tissue can increase the effect of the negative pressure. Body movements allow layers of fascia to move against each other while simultaneously being pulled upwards by BellaBambi®. The resulting shearing movement can support relief and regeneration in the course of fascial pathways. In physiotherapy, this technique is often used for knee or shoulder injuries.

MOBILIZING in combination with Sliding can promote the removal of metabolic products.

Typical exercises with Mobilizing

Place one BellaBambi® mini solo on the inside and outside of your wrist and leave them there. Turn your clenched hand alternately up and down. Then move it up and down several times and repeat the exercise with the other hand.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® mini duo (REGULAR / ACTIVE)

Place a BellaBambi® original solo on the palm of your hand and leave it there. Now activate the tissue around the cup by stretching your fingers.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® original solo (REGULAR)

Place several cups of your choice on the pain spots on the shoulder joint and leave them there. Pick up a weight (e.g. dumbbell, water bottle). Do not lift your arm during the exercise, just let your shoulder circle in both directions or move it up and down. Do the exercise for about 45 seconds, then switch to the other side.

For this exercise we recommend:

BellaBambi® original duo (Intensity of your choice)
BellaBambi® original trio

Place one or more cups of your choice on the painful areas of the shoulder joint and leave them there. Then start to slowly move your arm back and forth or rotate it for about 60 seconds. Pay attention to what makes you feel good at the moment.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® original solo (Intensity of your choice)
BellaBambi® original duo (Intensity of your choice)
BellaBambi® original trio

Place two BellaBambi® original solo of the same intensity on the jaw joints and leave them there. Then slowly open and close your mouth 5 to 10 times.

For this exercise we recommend:
