Stretching

How is it done?

Place two BellaBambi® cups at the same time along a line of fascia (anatomy train) and slowly move them away from each other. At the end of the Sliding section, decrease and start again at the exit point. Different sized BellaBambi® cups can also be combined with each other.

What happens?

Thanks to stretching, fascial structures can be expanded vigorously. Particularly recommended for incorrect or relieving posture or for expanding hardened structures.

Typical exercises with Stretching

Place two cups of the same intensity on the thigh and slowly pull them away from each other in opposite directions. Repeat this several times and place the cups in a slightly different position each time.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® original duo (Intensity of your choice)

Stand or sit upright. Place two cups of your choice close to the left and right of your spine at the back and pull them outwards away from each other. Repeat this several times and place the cups in a slightly different
position each time. You can ask someone for help if you find it difficult to reach certain areas.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® original duo (Intensity of your choice)
BellaBambi® original trio
BellaBambi® maxi duo (Intensity of your choice)

Place two cups of your choice close to your spine at the back and pull them away from each other in opposite directions. Repeat this several times and place the cups in a slightly different position each time.

Tip: You can either use cups of the same or different sizes.

For this exercise we recommend:

BellaBambi® maxi duo (Intensity of your choice)
