Every scar tells a story - of adventures, injuries or special moments in life. But sometimes scars can cause discomfort such as tension or restricted movement. With BellaBambi®, you can easily take your scar care into your own hands - gently, effectively and without invasive procedures.

Why Scar care with BellaBambi®?

Scar tissue is less elastic than healthy skin and can tend to adhere to the deeper layers of the skin. This can cause a pulling sensation or tension. With the right care, you can improve the mobility and appearance of your scar and help the tissue to become more supple. Specific exercises for Scar care

We have put together some exercises for you here. They can serve as a starting point for your personal developments and discoveries. The use of BellaBambi® is based on intuition. Always pay attention to your well-being when using the cups.

Stand upright or lie on your back. Place the cup of your choice on your stomach and tilt it several times in different directions. Then circle the cup a few times without releasing it from the skin. Repeat this for different areas on one side, then switch to the other.

Be careful not to leave the cup on the same area for too long, as this might irritate the skin. Work gently and slowly at first and increase the
duration and intensity over time.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® original solo (SENSITIVE / REGULAR)
BellaBambi® maxi solo (SENSITIVE / REGULAR)

Place the BellaBambi® original solo on the side above the knee and let it suck in. Then immediately remove it completely and repeat the exercise. With each new application, move straight towards or with circular movements in several paths to the hip. Then work on the other leg.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® original solo (REGULAR)

Place the cup of your choice on the side above the knee and let it suck in. Pull it over the skin up to the hip. Repeat this a few times until you have covered the entire thigh. Then switch legs.

Tip: Sliding at high speed has a toning effect and is recommended before a workout to increase muscle tension.
Slow movements, on the other hand, have a detonating effect. Use large, less intense cups, which are ideal for relaxation and regeneration.

For this exercise we recommend:

BellaBambi® original solo (SENSITIVE / REGULAR)
BellaBambi® maxi solo (SENSITIVE / REGULAR)

1. Sliding/twisting in lengthwise and crosswise direction over the entire scar.

2. Pumping directly over the scar. If comfortable, also tipping/circling.

For this application we recommend:
