Pumping

How is it done?

Apply BellaBambi® on the skin. Then lift it – just far enough so that the cup does not detach from the skin – and lower it again. Perform technique without oil. Choose speed and intensity according to your own feelings.

What happens?

A strong, longer pull followed by a break serves to progressively relax the fascia.

Slow movements can loosen deep layers of tissue and are more likely to promote elasticity.

Short impulse waves can stimulate tissue to become stronger and more resilient.

The alternation between suction and pressure can support the fluid exchange and bring elasticity to the tissue.

Typical exercises with Pumping

Place a cup of your choice on your hips. Raise the cups - enough so that the cups do not lose contact with the skin - and lower them again. Repeat this about 5 times. Now move the starting position of the cup a few centimetres further back and ‘pump’ again. Continue until you have completely covered one side, then switch hips.

Tip: Slow movements can loosen deep layers of tissue and thus provide more elasticity, space and relaxation.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® original solo (REGULAR)
BellaBambi® maxi solo (REGULAR)

Place one or two BellaBambi® mini solo of the same intensity on the skin of the face. Raise the cups - so far that the cups do not lose contact with the skin - and lower them again. Repeat this several times and on other parts of the face.

Tip: Short pulse waves can stimulate the tissue to become stronger and more resistant. Nevertheless, remain gentle with your facial skin.

Note: Avoid the eye area, as the skin around the eyes is very thin and sensitive.

For this exercise we recommend:
BellaBambi® mini solo or duo (SENSITIVE / REGULAR)
