Cupping on the feet offers a gentle way to promote well-being and relaxation. The targeted application of negative pressure on certain areas of the foot can stimulate blood circulation and relax the muscles. Especially after a long day, intensive exercise or simply to relieve stress, cupping on the feet can help to strengthen the feeling of lightness and vitality. It is a simple and effective method to do something good for yourself and leave everyday life behind.

Place a cup on the heel of your foot and tilt it in different directions. Then circle it several times and lift it at the same time without releasing it from the skin. Repeat these two steps (tipping and circling) alternately and several times.

You can do this exercise while standing or sitting. Put several cups together and place them flat on the floor in front of you. Now roll the sole of your foot over them several times, exerting pressure on the ‘cup roll’ as long as it is still comfortable for you. Then change feet.
