Cupping on the stomach can be a beneficial way to strengthen your own body awareness and treat yourself to a relaxing break. The gentle negative pressure stimulates the skin and promotes blood circulation, which can lead to a pleasant feeling of warmth and relaxation. Cupping on the stomach offers a simple and effective way to consciously take care of your own well-being and gently pamper the stomach area.

Sit or stand upright. Place the BellaBambi® original solo on your belly with suction and then immediately remove it again (with or without oil). Repeat this several times for approx. 30 seconds on one side, then switch to the other.

Be careful not to pinch the same area for too long, otherwise it might irritate the skin. Work gently and slowly at first and increase the duration and intensity over time.

Stand upright or lie on your back. Place the cup of your choice on your stomach and pull it in a zigzag line towards your chest. Repeat this about 3 times on one side, then switch to the other.

Stand upright or lie on your back. Place the cup of your choice on your stomach and tilt it several times in different directions. Then circle the cup a few times without releasing it from the skin. Repeat this for different areas on one side, then switch to the other.

Be careful not to leave the cup on the same area for too long, as this might irritate the skin. Work gently and slowly at first and increase the
duration and intensity over time.
