Facial cupping is a beneficial method to revitalize the complexion and relax the facial muscles. The gentle negative pressure stimulates the skin and increases blood circulation, which many find pleasant and revitalizing. Especially after long days or during stressful times, facial cupping can help promote general well-being and create a feeling of freshness. It is an easy way to treat yourself to a little time out and gently pamper your face - ideal for feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Place two BellaBambi® original solo of the same intensity on the jaw joints and leave them there. Then slowly open and close your mouth 5 to 10 times.

For this exercise we recommend:

Place one or two BellaBambi® mini solo of the same intensity on the skin of the face. Raise the cups - so far that the cups do not lose contact with the skin - and lower them again. Repeat this several times and on other parts of the face.

Tip: Short pulse waves can stimulate the tissue to become stronger and more resistant. Nevertheless, remain gentle with your facial skin.

Note: Avoid the eye area, as the skin around the eyes is very thin and sensitive.

Place one or two BellaBambi® mini solo of the same intensity on the jaw joint first. Rotate the cups back and forth with your fingers, then place them in a different position. Repeat the exercise until you have completed the entire jawline.

Place two BellaBambi® mini solo of the same intensity on the skin of the face, hold the tips and tilt the cups up and down several times. Then rotate them a few times without releasing them from the skin. Repeat the routine on other areas of the face.

Place two BellaBambi® mini solo of the same intensity to the left and right of the nostrils. Hold the tips of the cups and tilt them up and down several times. Then rotate them a few times without releasing them from the skin. Repeat the routine in several places along the nasolabial folds.

Place two BellaBambi® mini solo of the same intensity on the centre of the forehead and gently pull them apart. Start at the top and make several strokes until you have covered the entire forehead.

Tip: You can also work with just one cup by fixating one half of the forehead with one hand and moving the cup with the other. Always slide the cup from the inside to the outside.

Place two BellaBambi® mini solo cups of the same intensity on the skin of the face and then gently remove them completely. Always start in the centre and move the cups from the inside to the outside with repeated pinching.
