Cupping on the arms and hands is a simple and beneficial method to relax the arms and promote general well-being. The gentle negative pressure of the cupping application stimulates the skin, and many find this pleasantly invigorating. Especially after physical exertion or long periods of sitting, cupping can help to loosen the arms and create a feeling of lightness. It is an ideal way to take a short break and consciously perceive your own body - a small gesture of self-care that can have a positive effect on your daily well-being.

Place one BellaBambi® mini solo on the inside and outside of your wrist and leave them there. Turn your clenched hand alternately up and down. Then move it up and down several times and repeat the exercise with the other hand.

For this exercise we recommend:

Place a BellaBambi® original solo on the palm of your hand and leave it there. Now activate the tissue around the cup by stretching your fingers.

For this exercise we recommend:

Identify the tense area on the forearm. Use the tip of the cup and run it over the skin. Once you have found a painful area, you can press the cup on it with constant or increasing intensity until the pain subsides. Repeat
the exercise several times.

Tip: You can insert a small cup into the large one and then place both cups on your thumb or index finger like a thimble to apply more targeted pressure.

Use the tip of the cup to apply pressure to the trigger point or painful area. Repeat the exercise several times.

First identify an acupuncture or pain point and place the BellaBambi® original solo on this spot. Leave the cup in place for a maximum of 30 seconds and then remove the cup.
This application should be carried out as dry as possible, i.e. without a moisturising skin care product, in order to intensify the deep effect.

Lie down on a mat or sit at a table. Put several cups together and place them flat in front of you. Now roll your forearm over them several times, exerting pressure on the ‘cup roll’ as long as it is still comfortable for you.

Tip: Rotate your forearm so that it can receive the fascia massage evenly from all sides.
